The IIT Indore campus is located on Khandwa Road, Simrol which is around 20 km from the city.
Outstation participants can reach the IIT Indore campus via bus, auto or call-taxi which is available just outside the station.
From the station or airport, you may take an auto or taxi to Tantya Bheel Square (Bhawarkuan), and from there you can catch the M-19 bus which is the direct bus to IIT Indore campus (Gate No. 1).
Strict prohibition of alcohol, drugs, sharp objects, explosives, or any other deemed unsafe items inside the campus. Decisions by the Security and Fluxus team are final in case of disputes.
No external vehicles will be allowed onto the campus during Fluxus 2024.
Guests are expected to uphold the etiquette and cleanliness along with adhering to campus rules and regulations throughout their stay.
Any items issued to guests must be returned in satisfactory condition during check-out.
Double or triple occupancy rooms will be provided along with a mattress, pillow & hospitality kit each. Fluxus will not supply blankets or bedsheets. Guests are encouraged to arrange these items on their own, especially considering potential cooler temperatures at night.
Random checks will be conducted to prevent unauthorized stays. Teams failing to produce accommodation receipts may face fines and disqualification.
Entry is exclusively through the 'Gate 1A' of IIT Indore; all other gates will remain closed.
Guests must carry valid government photo IDs at all times. Failure to produce an ID card will result in denial of entry during Fluxus 2024.
To book your accommodation at Fluxus you have to fill the form above and get in touch with the accommodation team through call or whatsapp. The contact details are present in the booking section of the website and instagram on Fluxus page. The booking will be confirmed after the completion of payment.
After the completion of the payment for accommodation you will be provided with a ticket to confirm your booking.
Yes, the accommodation fee includes mess food.
All the participants and the attendees coming for Fluxus are eligible to avail accommodation facility. The accommodation facility is for a team/contingent as well as for individual participants and attendees.
The accommodation fee includes stay in the IIT Indore campus during Fluxus, mattress, pillow and hospitality kits.
After reaching the IIT Indore campus, you need to come to the accommodation desk, HJB Hall of Residence along with an identity card. You will be allotted your place to stay on campus after confirming the booking. Accommodation would be strictly on a shared basis.
Once the Payment is done, there is no cancellation policy.
